which has asked them -- Who is 'them'?
to contact its members -- Who is 'its'?
and take back their belongings-- Who is 'their'?
Background information: Rioters looted a few houses in an area. Later, the looted goods were placed under the care of the Market Committee. This committee returned most of goods to most of the villagers whose houses were looted away. Only two families  were yet to take their looted belongings back. In this situation, the Market Committee
asked them to contact it and take their belongings back.

which has asked them -- Who is 'them'?  = the villagers whose belongings were looted

to contact its members -- Who is 'its'? = members of the Market Committee

and take back their belongings-- Who is 'their'? = the villagers' belongings
