1) is OK, but not very natural.

2) and 3) are not correct.

Write this:

Don't worry. I will give you as much money as you want.


Here is the pattern: as much ___ as / as many ___ as

You can have as much candy as you like. (uncountable: "candy")
Take as many pencils as you need. (countable: "pencils")

Squeeze the spinach to extract as much liquid as possible.
They need as many soldiers as the nation can send.
