Dear all,
In the following conversation between A and B, I would like to know whether the expression "That is a lot of songs" is correct and idiomatic.
A: How many songs has she sung?
B: She has sung more than 60 songs.
A: Ho! That is a lot of songs.
Thank you.
I would like to know whether the expression "That is a lot of songs" is correct and idiomatic. It's correct, but I wouldn't call it idiomatic. I's just ordinary English.
This version of the dialogue is a llttle more realistic.
A: How many songs has she sung?
B: She has sung More than 60 songs.
A: Ho! That's a lot of songs.
