A guy asked me in a official group that there might be some problem with audio from my end. and also he asked me about the arrival of new books.

You'll be notified once the books arrive for the library in the school. And

When it comes to solving your problem with the audio

In light of your audio problem I would like to say

When it comes to question to solving your problem with the audio.

I have to reply him in an official manner, please review my sentences and is there any other way to say it officially the way should be official and too short as three stated in the above for learning perspective.

Thanks in advance.

That looks like you were trying to say "You'll be notified when the books arrive at the school library."

Liton DasWhen it comes to solving your problem with the audio In light of your audio problem I would like to say When it comes to question to solving your problem with the audio.

Those are a bit unnatural. Maybe "As for the audio problem, …." or "In reference to the problem with the audio, …."

Could I say, To help you in solving your audio problem I would like to say.

In order to guide you through the solution/solving methods to the audio problem I would like to say.

To answer your question on facing audio problem.
