I think that if you and I are going to work on this as a team (for example, working together, can we paint the garage in one day, and if so, I'll buy dinner), then to "you and me" is a good choice.

But if we each are supposed to meet this challenge separately (let's say, we are each supposed to lose ten pounds), then I recommend writing it as my challenge to you and my challenge to myself... my challeng to you and myself.

Technically both are fine, but there is a grave problem within style.

Here is my challenge to/for both you and myself

sounds very cocky. You doubled me,my = my + myself

It is like you are saying I am the most important person in this sentence and nobody but me.

Here is my challenge to you and me. is slightly better though has still the sound of overconfidence, but far less than the previous combination.

Here is the challenge I've found for you and me.
