I think that if someone asks this of an English forum, one would be seeking something deeper than, 'I've finished this email'. That's the kind of generic meaningless answer you get from Yahoo.

Sorry you didn't like my comment.
I was just trying to make the point that 'Best/Kind regards' is commonly used as a generic and meaningless way to end a letter or email. People do not normally read to the end and then say 'Wow, he said 'Best regards'. He must really like me!'
