I am renting a house for several years until building a new house.

I am living in a rental house.

Are these sentences correct?

kumenglishI am living in a rental house.

Fine.

kumenglishI am renting a house for several years until building a new house.

You may find a smattering of examples of 'until' with an -ing verb, but it's not very idiomatic in my opinion. What you have is passable, but I'd write this:

I'll be renting a house until I can have one built for myself.
