I am working as a tender coordinator, my job is to prepare quotations for our customers on behalf of our sales team. During preparation of a quotation, I received a back to back requests from our other salespersons to prepare quotation urgently.

Please, I need your help to write for me a small e-mail to understand them that I am busy doing some other quotation after It will finish I will prepare your quotation.

Actually, we have a different section in our company, for each and every section there is a sales team working. So for all section, I prepared quotations alone, sometimes I have a lot of quotations to be prepared, but some of my salesmen keep sending e-mails that they need in hurry to prepare the quotation.

I humbly request you to understand my above situation, I request from you a small e-mail sentence that, during I busy to do some other quotation if I received any request from my other salespeople, I can just inform them that " I am busy with doing some other quotation, once I finished I will do for your quotations.
