I cannot supply you with a list of responses; they are innumerable. Use the same words you would use in a letter. However, I can correct what you have posted:

1. Thanks for your speedy reply.
2. I appreciate your prompt reply.
3. I will attend to it...
4. Noted.
5. I received your email.

1. Please see the attached file/s.
2. Attached is the list of ___. Please advise us if you have any questions.
3. Please find attached the file for _.
Hi sir,

2. Please find attached the file for .......

Hi Elaine

To me, the second sentence is standard:

2. Please find attached the file for ..

I would not use the word order in the first sentence with the verb "find". It would be OK if you used the verb "see" instead, however.
Thanks Yankee.

The above are a bit stiff and formal. If you want something more informal, you can say this.

1. I'd appreciate a a fast reply, if possible.

3. I will attend to it... OK

4. Noted! OK or Thanks

And also simple letter for attachment ...

People who use email are used to working with attachments. You don't need to tell them.

Just say

eg
Here is the XYZ Report.
