Could you please correct this report?
This report was really hard for me... I wasn't inspired at all :/

Report on workplace improvements

The principal aim of this report is to provide information about the work environment in the office. For this purpouse, the staff, is going to outline the problems of the work environment. The final section makes two recommendations as to how the work environment could be improved.

The office environment.
Currently, the staff room provided for teachers is a small room with a big table in the centre with it’s chairs. There are also some bookselves, a computer and a photocopier. In addition, the only thing that separates the staff kitchen from the teachers’ room is a glass door. In this conditions it is really hard to stay focused, dynamic and productive. There is not enough space, one has always the feeling of being in middle of an employee’s way, hindering his work. Since last year the staff has grown 25% , and one computer and one photocopier are not enough, we spent most of our precious time waiting our turn to use them. Besides the view towards the kitchen isn’t motivating, we can hear and see other staff members, who are from the sales office, while they have their coffee break.

Staff suggestions.
The teachers were consulted and made the following suggestions: instead of having a bulky table, they would appreciate a smaller one, as such they could work with more agility, and the room would seem bigger and no that suppresiveas currently. To deal with distractions from conversations there were two suggestions: eaither exchnging the door for one that is robuster and opaque, or having the coffee break at the same time as the rest of the staff which would ean to have an extra coffee machine, because of the crowded kitchen. Staff also requested more computers and photocopiers, for a better time management.

Recommendations.
As first measure, I would recommend to exchange the large table and the glass door. These two changes will have a direct effect on productivityby creating a comfortable work environment. Also more computers and photocopiers would considerably increase productivity since there won’t be any queues anymore.

I also have an essay waiting for some time here --> https://www.EnglishForward.com/English/Default/bwwzrq/post.htm

Comma splices (highlighted in blue above) are a recurrent problem for you. You can avoid them by using a conjunction to link the two clauses in question. Otherwise, use a full stop and start a new sentence!

Ok! I've understood the mistakes I've made. I will try to be more aware of the comma splices. Maybe I willtry to make also shorter sentences to avoid this kind of mistake. If you correct any more of my writings could you underline where I make these mistakes like you did in this one?

Thank you!! =)
Kanou Maybe I will try to make also shorter sentences to avoid this kind of mistake.

Either that or use an appropriate conjunction to link clauses together.

Also, try doing some online exercises on comma splices.
