First of all, I am not familiar with the way "prospect" is used in the sentence. Perhaps, you meant " a client". Here is how I would rewrite it in a business environment:

Dear Manager,

My client would like to see a cost estimate for the complete development of the website including hosting service based on his requirements/ specifications detailed below. Please review and get back to me at your earliest convenience.
