My boss read me the riot act about not filling in one of these pesky forms in myself. So, here’s what she told me to do.
Remember that a requisition form is what you need to fill in so that you can order what you want without having someone from accounts bothering you for more information later on. For me, I need to supply all this information.
* Today’s date
* A sequenced number unique for this requisition
* A special account code that tells accounts who I am and who is getting billed for my time.
* the vendor number (if we have a preferred supplier)
* clear indication of quantity and estimated cost of the product
* The name of my boss or the person who authorizes the purchase.
But, you’re asking how to write a requisition letter?
1 make sure that all the essential information is contained in the letter
2 check that there isn’t already a special form that does the same job
3 I reckon that every company has their own special guidelines for preparing this type of correspondence, so go hunting around for an appropriate procedures manual; human resources should have the answers.
i am plan to apply for visiting card, so i contact admin person , he said send detail and get approval from higher offiicial, only through mail, but i dont know how to write letter in official format and send to the concer person
any ond did the same send to me
If you were just talking face to face with the higher official, and he said 'Hello, please tell me what you want', what would you say?
