You have 12 people on an island..11 of them weighs the same,1 is slightly different in weight. There is one seesaw on the island, and you can only use it 3 times...how do you figure out if the person who weighs slightly different,is heavier or lighter than the rest?

You only need one try. Put 6 people on each end of the seesaw. If it goes down, the odd person is slightly heavier than the others, if up, slightly lighter.

Emotion: tongue tied

It's a seesaw! One end is going to go down while the other end goes up! "If it goes down" is meaningless.

This tells you absolutely nothing you don't already know from the statement of the riddle.

The riddle is not stated properly, but you have to find out which one has a different weight from the others. And, whether they're heavier or lighter than the others.

It's much more difficult than you think.
