I have been working one company from June 2006. From starting I was worked as a Supervisor. Now I have been working as a purchase Asst. since last year. My basic salary is 3000 and 1000 allowance. It is getting from the biginning itself. There is no increment during this long duration. This June i will finish 4 year.

Please help me for drafting one letter for salary increment. If no increment i am not interested to continue this company.

i started working for this company from 1999 october as a clerk, at 2006 june i was promoted as a secretary.

till to date my salary was never reviewed how do i tell my bosses that i need my salary reviewed?

Before I delve in to the core purpose of my letter, I would like to express my full confidence in the benefits system followed at this esteemed company. I have absolutely no doubt in the company's desire to establish a fair environment for all staff by adequately compensating them.
