Would you please tell me if there is any different meaning of following two sentences.

1. When I entered the room,I found him seated by the fire.
2. When I entered the room,I found him sitting by the fire.

Not really, here, Guest. (1) slightly emphasizes his location, while (2) slightly stresses his current posture, but these are very minor differences in this case.
