I would like to seek someone’s comments on the grammar and sentences structure for the following short email replying to complainant.

Dear Sir,

I have read your email of 18 Jan 2021 complaining of noise nuisance.

After our site investigation, it was found that our equipment actually generated noise. However, it is not exactly the noise source of your description as a drilling sound.

As a responsible company, we seized any opportunities to meet the statutory requirements for our equipment operation. Therefore, we had arranged to complete the repair of our owned equipment, cooling towers and conducted a noise measurement on 20 Feb 2021 at about 11:00a.m. at the nearest point of the complainant’s building on the roof of the ABC building. As the result, the noise level of our equipment was 65dBA complied with the EPD requirement.

With the aim of assisting the improvement of the noise nuisances, we informed the current condition to Building Management Office (BMO) of the ABC building on 20 Feb 2021. We also seek their further assistance and hope that BMO can find out the noise sources as soon as possible.

Regards
