I would like to seek comments on the grammar & sentence structure for the following email. Thanks

Dear Alan

Referring to the attached report for the performance of the air conditioners on 09 Aug 2019 at the building, the performance of units no.1, 2, and 3 had descended 20%, 44%, and 16% respectively.

For the condition of air conditioners, unit no.2 was put in standby and limited the operation at 25% capacity due to serious deterioration and no defective item of the unit no.1 & 3 were found on 08 Dec 2020. However, the air conditioning system will be unable to meet the cooling capacity demand of the building as any failure unit occurs.

To mitigate the potential risk of any service interruption of the building, please consider replacing the deteriorated parts of unit no.2 to regain its full capability.

Regards

John

Referring to the attached report on the performance of the air conditioners on 09 Aug. 2019 at the building, the performance of units nos. 1, 2, and 3 had fallen 20%, 44%, and 16%, respectively.

Ben9108For the condition of air conditioners, unit no.2 was put in standby and limited the operation at 25% capacity due to serious deterioration and no defective item of the unit no.1 & 3 were found on 08 Dec 2020.

As a result, unit no. 2 was put on standby and limited to operating at 25% capacity because of extensive deterioration. No defects were found in units nos. 1 and 3 on 08 Dec. 2020.

Ben9108However, the air conditioning system will be unable to meet the cooling capacity demand of the building as any failure unit occurs.

Any further failure of the air conditioning system will reduce its capacity below that necessary to cool the building.

Ben9108To mitigate the potential risk of any service interruption of the building, please consider replacing the deteriorated parts of unit no.2 to regain its full capability.

To forestall any potential interruption of service at the building, it would be advisable to replace the deteriorated parts of unit no. 2 in order to restore it to full operation.
