I know sensitize is a verb but can it be used like this. It’s either a verb used in the passive voice or an adjective right?

This generation is more sensitized to X than we were.

Or would you phrase it as:

This generation has been sensitized to X more than ours.

Thank you

is it correct to say say : use the verb in the “passive voice”? Or passive form?

anonymousThis generation is more sensitized to X than we were.

This is OK. "sensitized" is understood as an adjective.

anonymousThis generation has been sensitized to X more than ours.

Consider whether it would be better to say "... than ours was". In this case "has been sensitized" is understood as a verb form (present perfect passive).

Both are acceptable, but "voice" is the more technically specific term.
