Does this sentence sound good:

"My last European Union passport cancelled on 29 July 2019, and I would like to renew it, since I have some TRAVELS IN AGENDA FROM 2020 ON."

Note: Is it okay for average person to say "since I have travels in agenda from 2020 on"?

Oh, and please, consider that this is to be said in a formal letter, to joined the necessary paperwork to renew one's passport.

I believe that a better sentence would be: My EU passport expired on 29 July 2019. Since I have some travel plans from 2020 onwards, I need to renew my passport.

Sorry that I don't know the answer to your question in the note.
