Hi teachers,

Information to consider:

It's very difficult to get up in the morning and I / we don't know what we'll do during the day. I have found myself in this situation and you finally find your own routines.

My own commentaries:

I know that the bold subjects don't agree with the rest of the sentence. Is it better to use 'we' and 'our'?

OR

to say, 'I have found myself in this situation and I have finally found my own routines'.

Thanks in advance

'You/Your' is OK, as it sounds like you are speaking generally, about everybody. In that case, say 'we' instead of 'I' in the first sentence.

to say, 'I have found myself in this situation and I have finally found my own routines'. This is fine if you are just talking about yourself, and not generally.

HI Clive,

In that case, say 'we' instead of 'I' in the first sentence.

So it will be, 'It's very difficult to get up in the morning and we don't know what we'll do during the day.
