Hi

Please tell me if this sentence sounds natural.

We would immensely grateful if you could depute two resource persons for the Teachers' Workshop on two different dates.

(The requirement is one resource person for one day)

Reading it, I feel it sounds ambiguous.

Can I make it clear this way?

We would immensely grateful if you could depute two resource persons for the Teachers' Workshop on two different dates—one resource person per day.

I think the first version unambiguosly requests two persons for each day. Your fix is fine. You might also say "We would immensely grateful if you could depute one resource persons for the Teachers' Workshop on each of two different dates."

I think a 'Be' is required after we would.

We would be immensely grateful if you could depute two resource persons for the teachers' workshop on each day for the two days.

if it is convincing.........

Thank you.
