Are the following sentences correct?

We will be replacing/ we are replacing the double glanced glass on the roof this morning. We expect to cause some minor disruption to residents in the building. We expect this to take a day to complete. We apologise for the inconvenience.

I don't think they are incorrect but it can sound better in this way:

We are replacing the double glazed glass units on the roof this morning. There could be some disruption to residents in the building. It is expected to end in a day. We apologise for the inconvenience.
