I am trying to write my business letter as formally as possible. I would be grateful if anyone can tell me how to use “set out below” ? I made three sentences as follows, please let me know whether they’re work?

1) Further to our discussion last week, please also find set out below meeting rooms which will be available for reservation.

2) Further to our discussion last week, please also find set out below the meeting rooms which will be available for reservation.

3) Further to our discussion last week, please also find the set out below regarding the meeting rooms which will be available for reservation.

Of these three, #2 is best.

You have used 'set out below' correctly, but please consider that formality does not mean that you should not say things simply. In my experience, business people appreciate simplicity.

I suggest

4) Further to our discussion last week, here are the meeting rooms which will be available for reservation.
