Is this okay: Hey, does this mean that we’ll be able to travel without the need to quarantine every time now that we are vaccinated?

Yes. The Oxford English Dictionary now recognizes this intransitive use of "quarantine", calling it "rare before the 21st century". The first citation is from 1928, but it was rare (wrong?) then. Before the current world health scare, you were placed into quarantine or you were quarantined. You could not simple quarantine. But this is an example of the natural evolution of the language.
