Hi all, I am writing a IELTS task 2 practice. I would really appreciate your comments. Thanks for your help! I have attached the task requirement in the image below

People have different views on whether we should be satisfied with unhappy living status or attempt to make better changes. Personally, I believe that people should strive forward to gain greater improvement in their lives.

On one side of the argument, there are people who believe that it is okay to remain in the same situation, even though it does not reach to their anticipation. The main reason for believing this is that they might be afraid of taking more risks. Because of that, they stop coming up with any solutions. For instance, a lot of employees are tired of their careers but they are too hesitant to switch to others because nothing can assure that the other jobs can be as stable as the current one. This could be a reasonable and practical choice for a lot of people.

However, I would be inclined to argue against this as I think change is an inevitable thing in life. The world is changing every day and if we do not try, we will move backward. JK.Rowling used to be an unknown and poor writer. Almost all publishers did not recognize her work, but she did not accept it and she wrote as much as she could. Finally, her efforts are paid off as now Harry Potter is globally known as one of the best-seller books of all time.

As has been outlined before, being in the familiar zone might be a safe option. Nevertheless, I maintain my original position that changes must be made for us to adapt to the rapid movement of the world.

Finally, her efforts are paid off as now Harry Potter is globally known as one of the best-seller books (Actually, it is a series of books) of all time.

As has been outlined before, being staying / remaining / smoldering / wallowing / being stuck / in the familiar zone (Accepting the status quo) might be a safe option. Nevertheless, I maintain my original position that changes must be made for us to adapt to the rapid movement of the world.
