A B C D are acceptable.
A) The train is leaving at 5 o'clock.
Only d is acceptable. A B C and D are not personal plans or intetntions regarding the near future and present continuous can be used with a future meaning in those cases.
Students: Are you brave enough to let our tutors analyse your pronunciation?
I think letter A-D are acceptable. However if you are talking about Planned actions Letter D is correct- meaning you have decided to do it. Now if you're referring to schedules or time tables, Simple Present is highly to be used.
