Hey all, I need a really simple who and whom rule for my class. I know that who is a subj. of a sentence and whom is the dircet object. But, I need a really simple rule that 1st graders could even remeber.

Usually you can substitute "he" and "him," which may be easier to remember.

Thanks you guysEmotion: smile. My teacher was upset that she couldn't get through to our class so she got those who did "ok" on their test to try and teach the class. Thought I might get some help from you all. Again, thanks.
