Sounds right; all from Latin. The (less common) names for sets of a given size use Greek roots: monad, dyad, triad, tetrad, pentad, hexad, heptad, octad (or ogdoad?), ennead, decad, ..., icosad.

Once, twice, thrice, ? German gets round it by using 'mal' on the end of all of them (einmal, zwiemal, driemal, viermal, etc.) and avoiding specific words. Even 'thrice' gets me odd looks sometimes...
