1. Have you done the job so far.

2. Have been to Germany so far.

No. Here are some good examples.

So far, (Up to this point in time) I haven't been to Germany.
So far, (Up to this point in time) I've been to Germany three times.
So far (Up to this point in time) she's had to miss three days of work because she had no baby sitter available.
More than 1,500 people have signed up for the online Javascript class so far. (Up to this point in time)

We'd come so far (such a long distance) and planned and invested so much that we just couldn't give up.

I don`t think those sentences are correct. I would suggest : how many jobs have you done so far or have you done the job?

For the second one I`d suggest: I have only been to Germany so far.
