Nowadays, the demands of shelters has rapidly increased, the majority of people have to rent a house for their living. Despite some obvious benefits associated with this phenomenon, it is not without flaws.

On the one hand, there are two primary advantages to renting. First, opting to rent a house is more economical in the short-term, especially for an average-income family. They can keep their expenses in check by avoiding mortgage interests, estate taxes and expensive maintenances that this money can be invested in other more urgent issues such as education for children, healthcare, and entertainment. Addition to economical way, flexibility is another significant factor. Renters can easily relocate that is especially favorable for job requiring shifting from a city to another.

On the other hand, the drawbacks of renting a shelter can not be denied. The inconvenience is also an aspect that tenants should take into account. Lessees are not able to decorate or renovate the house as their aesthetic taste, and they have to comply with the landlord’s regulations such as limited number of lessees or the length of the lease. Furthermore, tenants have to spend a considerable amount of money on rent for a long-term which this expenses could be saved for their retirement, even buying a new house. If see through a dark glass, renting a house can be an unstable choice.

In conclusion, although choosing to rent accommodation has some clear benefits, there are several drawbacks. People should carefully consider the pros and cons before making a decision.
