Choosing a suitable lifestyle has always been of considerable concern in society. Some say that living without changes is good, whereas others believe that a constantly changing life is better. While the former view can be justified to some extent, I am more inclined towards the latter.

On the one hand, those who live a stable and avoid advances in life are less likely to change their life routines. This means that they spend the whole of their time in their safe zones, doing the same things and jump out of their skin whenever there is any slight change. Thus, their life is always boring and monotonous this way. This type of sedentary life sometimes can be detrimental if people tend to ignore bad habits such as eating too much snacks, leading to bad physiques. However, it is also hard for them to say good riddance to it because they are already adjusted to this lifestyle.

On the other hand, those who love to step up to new challenges are able to experience new things and can enjoy the life to the fullest. For instance, there are some individuals that choose to secure new jobs frequently in their life or freelancers to learn from new environments, new people around them. This enables them to gain more life experiences and catching up to the modern world. In fact, they never get fed up of their life because there are always new challenges waiting for them and they just simply embrace all of them. In addition, living this way also allows people to constantly advance their habits to find out whether they are on the right track or not, making them flexible in any situation.

In conclusion, whereas some people love to live their life doing the same thing all over again, I believe that people should embrace changes and try new things which are likely to facilitate them to become advanced citizens as well as live a fulflling life.
