I think both are acceptable. can anyone clarify this?

Teachers: We supply a list of EFL job vacancies
We have to do a test - We are obliged to do a test.
We are having a test - There is an arrangement for us to do a test.
We have a test - A test is scheduled.

All are possible and, in practical terms, there may not be much real difference in meaning.
For 6th both are possible.
