I can try to help you a little. This is what I would say:

He would soon be rich.
He would be rich soon.

He will soon be rich.
He will be rich soon.

He told Ali (that) he...
+ any of the above sentences. You can leave out that "that" in parentheses if you want.

You can also use "get" or "become" instead of "be" in those sentences.
