Stress is one of the biggest and most important problems because stress always affects our life in a negative way. Recently, I’ve got stressed because of the coronavirus outbreak. As you know, I’m an extroverted and dynamic person, so when I have to study from home to reduce the virus’s spreading, it’s torturing me. 

I can’t go to school, hang out with my friends, or even have a cup of coffee at the coffee shop. It makes me feel so tense and stress when I must stay home all day. I was forced to stay home with lots of homework and housework need completing, and after doing homework, I usually feel tired but at home, I have nothing to entertain. My mom always scolds me for getting up late or playing games. And one more important thing, when I was being home, I was hungry all the time, I ate a lot and gained weight. That’s why I’ve got so stressed recently.

A stressed person cannot concentrate on anything. When I was stressed, I could be bored easily and made mistakes in everything. Moreover, stress also affects my health. In fact, stress is the main reason of being ill. It can cause health problems such as hair loss, feeling tired and losing or gaining weight...I strongly believe being stressed is very dangerous and it brings us only unhappiness. We should do our best to avoid it.

Fortunately, finally, I found something that could help me to reduce stress. Instead of playing useless game, I started reading books, listening to US-Uk music or watching some movies with English subtitle. So that, it helps me not only kill time but also learn English. When I missed my friends, or needed someone to talk to, of course we couldn’t go out at this time, so I choose to make a video call to see them. I also started doing exercise to reduce stress, lose weight, especially, to increase resistance to against the virus....

So that’s it, it maybe makes you feel tired and bored or even stressed when you have to stay home all day, but you still can find joyful things to do to reduce stress.
