I believe that every one has at least a strange habit, so do I. My strange habit is to eat spicy foods when I feel uncomfortable or get angry with somebody. I can’t stand the spiciness of the foods, so I often drink water then. I am sure many people will do this, but I did not realize that there’s no point in drinking water to deal with this problem. According to the article, water will make the situation even worse. I found out that there are some simple foods which help us to tame the flames after eating hot condiments or peppers. First, milk is the best solution. There is a kind of protein in milk which helps you to stop the spicy feeling. Next, a small cup of beer or wine will also work very well. Finally, breads, potatoes or rice are very useful too. Now, I don’t worry of eating spicy foods anymore!
