Why do boys like sports cars? I am very interested in this question.
I'm not to worried about them. I'm more than happy with my bike.
Woody, I was talking about the 10-11-12-13... years old. See what I mean. However, I am very pleased to hear that you are more than happy with your bike.

What kind of bike do you have Woody?
At present I have a 21 speed racer, but I would much rather an FZ Yam.
Here in Santiago nothing special, just the typical run of the mill 18 speed. It's not too safe to cycle in this city as the bus drivers here are crazy. Most of them get their driver's license out of a box of cornflakes or something. They are maniacs. I used to cycle a lot in NZ though and did a tour around part of it which was fantastic.
Yeah, cycling is a great way to travel.
Getting back to Maj's question .... hmmm. I saw a television programme recently on which it was claimed that human beings actually need a little danger/risk in their lives to feel fulfilled. The show claimed that the amount of risk taking behavior varies with different personality types.
Perhaps sports cars are a socially acceptable way to take a few controlled risks. Or perhaps they are a good way to demonstrate to others (maybe of the opposite sex) that we are not afraid of danger and risk.
If the above is true then it beggs the question; do women feel compelled to engage in risk taking activities, or displays of bravery, to the same extent as men?

Well, I am a male and I'm never interested in sport cars, though I do admit that when I was in that age range, I was quite interested with the mini 4WDs because of the anime.
