Hi,
You are writing these as if the person spoke a few seconds ago and someone who can't hear the speaker immediately says to you, 'What is she saying?'
All your sentences are OK, if that is what you are supposed to do.

On the other hand, maybe the person spoke an hour ago, or last week, or 10 years ago. eg
They’ll decide the places to be visited.
In 1999, she said that they would decide the places to be visited.

Best wishes, Clive

Hi, Clive

The idea is to report statements with "Someone is saying..." That's it! Many thanks.

Best wishes,
