Without more context it's impossible to know for sure but this sounds like the speaker is being sarcastic, how much so it's hard to say.

It's impossible to receive a lack (of anything). This is as anomalous as "Will the persons not present please raise their hand?" Emotion: smile

I think you want: "We are still waiting for feedback." or something similar.
