I heard that proper sleep is especially important for women - the more you sleep the better you look, your skin in particular Emotion: wink However, I'm too busy to check it myself Emotion: sad When I was a student I used to sleep 6, 4 or sometimes even 2 hours a day, but now I'm a happy person I can afford luxury of seven hours sleep.
If to speak seriously, I do think that sleep is vital. You probably won't die if you sleep only few hours a day, but it's dangerous because you can go nuts.
Sunray ShowerHmmm, maybe you think too much before you get to sleep, am I right?

hauahuah no Sunray, I often "forget" my problems before I go to my bed.
The true problem is wake up at 6 o'clock at Friday, work, study, and go out with friends... and I came back to my house only in 7 a.m. in the Saturday! And the next night is the same thing! auhauahua
But I did it only twice a month, not more than this

I don't like going to bed when I don't feel sleepy even if the time is late. I used to sleep early when I was studying at college, I was sometimes sleeping after returning back home; I called it a short nap for approximately one hour, then I feel my mind is fresh and having the power to review my lessons and do projects. Often, I sleep at 23:00 PM or after that time. However, nowadays, because I don't have any concerns like studying or working to worry about, I sleep late and wake up at any time I want. Nevertheless, I can say that sleeping for enough time, and this time is not the same with each individual, is so necessary for both our body and our mind, and to take the right desicions during the day. Feeling tired after getting up is an indication that you haven't slept well during the night, feeling headache, dizziness, walked heavily and blurred vision was what happened to me after I got up after one or two hours of sleeping and also I felt like nausea. Lastly, don't tire yourself if you already feeling tired.

But those feelings also happen to people who overslept... :/
