Jude: I'm doing a photo shoot today and I want you to come. We haven't hung out in ages.
Sadie: Jude I don't know.
Jude: Come on Sadie, I know you miss me.
EJ said you can take samples, Take a photo shoot too?

and I'll treat you to dinner, and we won't fight. It'll be great.
Sadie: You had me at free samples, (She won her just by saying free samples?)
okay?

I guess it could mean that she can take some photos too, but, especially given the later reference to "free samples", it seems an odd way of putting it. "free samples" are normally promotional items that are given away free so people can try out a product. Without knowing more about the story, I'm not sure what kind of "samples" are meant.
MadhulkSadie: You had me at free samples, (She won her just by saying free samples?)
Yes, as soon as she heard the mention of free samples, she was persuaded to go. (In fact, though, in the transcription Jude does not say "free samples" but just "samples".)

Reference to the movie Jerry Maguire. "You had me at hello."
