The map below shows the changes that have taken place at the waterfront area of a town called Darwin between 2009 and 2014.

The two maps provide aerial views of the waterfront area named Darwin between 2009 and 2014. Overall, the waterfront has undergone some significant transformations, which include the disappearance of the industrial area and the establishment of new facilities.

Before the changes, the area had three residential buildings, which were, to the north, adjacent the footpath encircling the lake and a few trees, and to the south, next to the grassland. Locating in the northwest were the school and the convention center, fronting the circle footpath. Furthermore, there were two swimming pools located in the northeast and southeast. Finally, the fishing area was located in the northeast corner.

After the development, there are some elements that are still unchanged such as the school, convention center, the lake, and the fishing area. The grassland vanished, making room for several trees planted. There were three more residential buildings added, and not far from the west of these houses, there was a new college building. There were footpaths leading tourists from the outside and the sea to the circle footpath. Inside the circle, a new swimming pool was erected. A harbor was built in the southeast, with a footpath leading to it from the outside.

The two maps provide aerial views of the waterfront area named Darwin (Incorrect. The town is named Darwin, not this area.) between as of 2009 and 2014.

(When you finish describing the figure, and start to write about the information content, start a new paragraph.)

Overall, the waterfront has undergone some significant transformations, which include the reclassification / rezoning disappearance (There were no structures that disappeared. The land did not disappear.. The land was originally designated for industrial buildings, and that changed.) of the industrial area and the establishment of new facilities.

Before the changes, the area had three residential buildings, which were, to the north, adjacent the footpath encircling the lake and a few trees, and to the south, next to the grassland. (This makes no sense. ... which were south of the lake and west of the south swimming pool. A footpath circled the lake and there were a few trees along this footpath. The largest area, a tract of land in the south, was designated to be an industrial area, but at this time was just grassland. Located in the northwest were the school and the convention center, fronting the circle footpath. Furthermore, there were two swimming pools located in the northeast and southeast next to the sea.. Finally, the fishing area was located in the northeast corner.

After the development, there are some elements that are still unchanged such as the school, convention center, the lake, and the fishing area. The grassland, no longer reserved for industry, vanished, (No, land does not vanish. See note below.) was planted with trees. making room for several trees planted. There were three more residential buildings added, and not far from the west of these houses, there was a new college building. There were footpaths leading tourists (How do you know they were tourists? Maybe they were students, or professors or businessmen attending a conference or retirees... Do not make things up.) from the outside and the sea to the circle footpath. Inside the circle, a new swimming pool was installed. erected. A harbor was built in the southeast, with a footpath leading to it from the outside.

Note:

Islands can disappear. As sea levels rise, they are covered by water and no longer exist as dry land.

Thank you so much.

The detailed graphs compares the variations made to Waterfront district in an Australian city of Darwin over two different years of 2009 and 2014.

overall, the main evolution is explicit in the change of designated land for industrial purposes through planting trees and constructing educational and residential settlements. The second unambiguous manipulation is the building of a harbor.

Installation of sidewalks saw the huge change, so that, constructing two lines of pavement, beginning from previous one and reaching the left road and sea on the right, broke the isolation of last footpath, encircling parts of prepared land for industry, some trees and lake. A linkage was also created between the left road and the harbor, on the right, in 2014. Erecting the harbor on the side ,passing from swimming pools and fishing area, added a landmark to the project in the same year.

Industrial site ,falling into two distinct areas in 2009, faced a massive transition, so that, a university building and more residential construction occupied empty grass lands for industrial aims, mainly in south area. Despite the maintenance of two swimming pools, next to the sea, convention center and school, the industrial land entangle in previous sidewalk no longer existed by opening up a new swimming pool on its land.
