Hi, teacher.

I need you to check colored parts in my transcription.

I don’t know what the interviewee is talking about since I missed so many sentences T.t

I’m sad at this moment.

[34:35-37:30] (full)

SINGH ON HIS TOP TECH STOCK PICKS

SINGH: GOOGLE, FACEBOOK ARE ‘GREAT FRANCHISES AT A GREAT PRICE’

And Google, frankly the same way. Um, Google is an incredible franchise, (1)yeah you know they have some secret calorie into it. (2)But they’ve also spent unfortunate things that simply haven’t shown up yet value, but someday will, right? Um, (3)it’s over there, its’ are me to driving, um, or, or over other hundred things that put money in. And so, look, I think here, if there’s any one company where I have high confidence that they are going to have their fingers (4)in all report piles down on the root (5)to be gluence as students as Apple’s anyone.

Thank you for reading my post.

Please please write a comment, teacher Emotion: love

You used white text and peach color highlight. that is very hard to read. If you want to highlight something, never use white text. Can't help you unless you repost it in a color easy on the eyes.

They seem to think that clipped, distorted audio makes things sound better somehow. At least this guy has a standard American accent.

ANNE202 (1)yeah you know they have some secret calorie into it.

"yeah, it has some ????ality to it" The audio cuts out, and I am not familiar enough with the jargon to make a good guess. It is something about Google that is a drawback for investors.

ANNE202But they’ve also spent unfortunate things

"but they've also spent a fortune on things"

ANNE202 (3)it’s over there, its’ are me to driving,

"it, uh, whether it's automated driving"

ANNE202(4)in all report piles down on the root

"in all the important pies down the road" A finger in a pie is an expression. You get a taste of the "pie" that way. "Down the road" means "in the future".

ANNE2025)to be gluence as students as Apple’s anyone.

"to be ????? as good an example as anyone"

The feed cuts out.

Oh teacher, I really appreciate your reply.

As I wrote in my post, I was unhappy uploading it. But now I feel much better due to your comment, because I learned a lot from your post. You taught me many good expressions like “a finger in a pie”, “down the road” which I want to use sometime. And what makes me feel grateful is that I could learn how this interview sounds to the native speaker and how much he/she could guess distorted parts from the context, which a script is never able to do for me.

Teacher, thank you so much for your teaching♥
