I, Jay, has successfully created my account at EnglishForward but i am not getting e-mail to my id even after half an hour.

On creation of accont i got this message.

User Account Created

Your user account has been successfully created. You will shortly receive an email containing an activation link that will enable you to login.

Make sure you CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, if the email has not arrived within a couple of minutes!

unfortunately no email msg either in inbox or in spam folder.

Then i logged in to recover password as instructed by Optilang,

I receved msg to wait for 15 minutes.

Even after more than half an hour no mail

.

so i displayed the problem here to resolve.

Before I send you another email, I need you to add EnglishForward.com to your "safe sender list" - otherwise it seems like you won't be able to get an email from EnglishForward.

See if this link helps you - yahoo safe sender - and please add notify @ EnglishForward.com (without the spaces) to your list.
