Could someone please check I have the right terminology for these words I will list first the terminology I have to use, then I will write the words and the terminology I think it is in red next to each word. i think that "boiling" is a main verb not an adjective.

i think also that " the scent, smoke, and sweat of the casino are all subject of the sentence.

you can just use "and" before the last item. as i wrote it .

scent, smoke, and sweat are all nouns. and they function as subject. because "are" is used here.
the casino is not the subject because if it is the subject we would use "is" instead of "are".

"stood" is main verb

that's what i can help you in.
