I think it is the option D

Anyone who needs....

Anyone is treated as a 3rd person singular that is why the verb need takes the -s according to the rule of the Present simple tense.

Yes, I will. Sorry! Will not happen again. It is the first time for me in the forum.

What's the time limit? Shall we wait three hours or three years?

I hate to leave a question unanswered forever just because the OP got scared off — which is what happens 95% of the time when you ask "What's your answer?" It invites constant quoting of the original question by others, or other students' failed attempts to answer, even years later, because no one ever answered the question. The whole thread becomes as untidy as a wall filled with graffiti.

In my experience the Socratic method does not work on a forum.
