The reason why I pay close attention to observe non-mainstream cultures. I try to approach the way of aborigine’s life- regionalism, and understand what traditional values of aboriginal tribes are. Therefore, a traveling reporter is the foremost job that I want to do after graduation.

In this summer vacation, I got two chances to gain much information about aborigine. I worked as a practical journalist in department of aborigine on public television. I took advantage of this opportunity of adapting the aboriginal life. I arrive in Dulan tribe of Taitung in July. This is an extremely warm Amis tribe. I was very keen on participating their sacrificial rates called Kiruma. It means some aborigines will return to their tribe. They celebrate and revel for three days. I stayed at Dulan temporarily on a journey several days. I found I could not only get along with the local inhabitants but also felt their innocent and warm spirit without any selfishness. They identify their traditional cultures. I have been attracted to their traditional cultures. That small tribe contains natural atmosphere affect me deeply.

Although their residential hometown has been polluted by visitors and businessman, all aborigines who live in Dulan still think Taiwan is a wonderful landscapes to live. I find it difficult to prevent their residential hometown from visitor and businessman. However, If I have the opportunity of being a traveling reporter in the near future, I will devote myself to writing copious articles and urging people to protect aboriginal tribe’s land.
