Here is the subject of an e-mail message I just received from The New York Times:

Personal Tech: Your Wi-Fi Security Is Probably Weak. Here’s How to Fix That.

My question is the following:

Why is it "Here’s How to Fix That" and not "Here’s How to Fix It" or "Here’s How to Fix This"? Is the word/pronoun "that" used for emphatic purposes?

Thank you.

They are all OK, although I more often see 'it', in a context like this.

No big difference.
