"The biggest challenge that I have ever faced in my job was that I worked ten consecutive days without a break."

It's correct, but it could be made a tiny bit more idiomatic (my opinion):

The biggest challenge that I have ever faced in my job was working ten consecutive days without a break.


Challenges usually take the -ing form.

The other challenge was reconciling the interior with the exterior of the house. 
One key challenge was controlling blood-sugar levels while driving competitively.
The most formidable challenge was converting the proteins into stable crystals.

The infinitive is also possible, however:

The other challenge was to reconcile the interior, ... (as above).
