In 2005, Electronics & Applicance constituted the highest proportion, at 35% of the total onlines sale in Canada, while the rate of Food & Beverage and Home Furnishings witnessed were lower, at 22% and 25% respectively. By contrast, the lowest proportion with nearly a half of Electronics & Applicance belonged to Video Games
In 2010, the proportion of Electronics and Applicance experienced a slight fall to 30% and remained the highest figure in the chart. A similar trend was witnessed in home furnishings, from 25% to 15% and became the lowest in the chart. On the contrary, the figure for Food & Beverage and Videos Games rose gradually to 32 and 23% respectively
