Teachers: We supply a list of EFL job vacancies
I am an English and German teacher in the United States. Here is a list of words that my own seniors in English IV stumble over (native speakers of American English):
totalitarianism, fascism, bureaucratic, vagueness, unambiguously, imperialism, despotic, labyrinth, pretext, invariably,
vaguer, ought, garish, conjurer, resolute, senility, rhythmically, precautions, luxurious, incredulous, demagogue, regimes,
aesthetic, and raucous. These are just a few. Try them out and see how you do.
The word you were looking for is onomatopaia
Students: Are you brave enough to let our tutors analyse your pronunciation?
